Other cats: [person reading with cat on lap. They reach to turn on lamp, cat looks up says, "How dare you move". Person is sad as cat walks away. My cat: me sitting reading with cat on lap and I think "hmm, tea.'. I get up, but cat latches to my front. I make tea with cross cat latched to me.

    This is my cat too. He can’t get close enough and there’s a particular pose he has where he snuggles next to you and rests his front legs over your arm. Very confiding. I love it.

      My cat does the front legs thing too. I never knew snuggly cats exited before I got him! They’re great.

        Yes, this is our first snuggly cat too, though I have have several that would sleep next to me. But none so gregarious as the one we live with now. I love it.

    Ha. One of my late cats mastered the art of slipping into my pant leg (because cats are liquid, as everyone knows), leading to: several socks destroyed, lots of scratches, me never being able to go anywhere in the house without her. Now destroy this message before any cat sees it!
